Since our July "Newsflash" Planning Pickles Continues…” further evidence of the gaping hole left by the revocation of regional planning policy has emerged. This bulletin contains an advice note for developers on housing land supply and our recommended approach moving forwards for housing delivery.

The bulletin also contains a contingency note about the ‘stepping up’ of monitoring of Site Waste Management Plans which will be relevant to all those submitting planning applications and those already on site.

Lastly, following our very successful breakfast seminar on PPS5: Planning for the Historic Environment, we append an article by Consultant Tony Allen on the important changes to national policy for the historic environment.

I hope that you find the contents of this eBulletin of interest and would appreciate any feedback or suggestions for future editions.

Yours sincerely
