Welcome to the second edition of the DMH Stallard Real Estate Dispute Resolution eBulletin.
The law governing the management of residential properties is, as we all know, a potential minefield. Our aim is to produce a regular eBulletin to comment on and highlight recent developments as well as useful practical points, in a concise and meaningful way. In this edition, we highlight the implications of the recent Court of Appeal decision of Robinson and others -v- Oram and another [2011] EWCA Civ 1258 (8 November 2011). We have recently contributed to Local Government Lawyer's special report on the Localism Act covering key topics on homelessness, regulation of social housing, allocations, tenure reform and tenancy strategies and the HRA.
