I am also delighted to be able to provide you with an update on a significant and complex High Court case that the firm has been working on. A recent decision means that JK Rowling and Bloomsbury Publishing may well face a 10-day High Court trial following a ruling by Mr Justice Kitchin in the claim brought against them by our client Paul Allen, the trustee of the estate of Adrian Jacobs deceased.
