Our TMT eBulletin provides insight into a number of pressing legal and commercial topics, including a guide to the UK's new Bribery legislation; managing employee's IT use in the workplace; and cloud computing in the public and commercial sectors.

Frank Jennings our IT contracts expert has written a white paper on the cloud for our clients and contacts in the sector - if you would like a copy of that paper please send an email to us by clicking here.

I am also delighted to be able to provide you with an update on a significant and complex High Court case that the firm has been working on. A recent decision means that JK Rowling and Bloomsbury Publishing may well face a 10-day High Court trial following a ruling by Mr Justice Kitchin in the claim brought against them by our client Paul Allen, the trustee of the estate of Adrian Jacobs deceased. Please scroll down to see our press release.

As ever we would be happy to cover issues of interest to you in future editions and we always welcome feedback.

Kind regards
