We continue to work in partnership with our clients and have recently helped several realise high profile regeneration projects and corporate transactions.
In September we secured the completion of one of the biggest deals in the South following the sale of the entire share capital of Pyroban Group Limited to a US manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
In London, our Corporate team have been shortlisted for the 'African Deal of the Year' following the completion of a high profile deal for the financing (US$41million) of The Hilton Freetown Cape Sierra Hotel in Sierra Leone.
