Nigel is a Partner in the real estate group who is based in the London office. He specialises in commercial property development and investment as well as residential development work for house builders. He also deals with country houses and estates. Nigel has advised a broad range of commercial property investment companies and partnerships. He currently acts for Danish K/S partnerships and is familiar with the requirements for native opinions, often liaising with Danish lawyers. The acquisitions he has handled range from single let properties to portfolios. In respect of commercial landlord and tenant work, he has acted for both landlords of individual buildings and estates and for occupational tenants. In respect of residential development, Nigel deals with acquisitions, site assemblies, strategic options, infrastructure arguments, break-ups and disposals.
