Reception & Office Services Assistant, Brighton, FTC 2010

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person to work as part of the Facilities team in our Brighton office. This position is for a six month fixed term contract. 
 
The role includes a variety of tasks including covering reception, photocopying and binding documents, arranging refreshments for clients, maintaining drinks and vending machines and assisting with other office services duties, such as the distribution of post as required. 
 
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high levels of service, team working and be able to work under their own initiative. They will have, ideally, worked within an office environment before and/or had reception experience and will have good IT, telephone and organisational skills.

The role is 35 hours per week, working 10am to 6pm with an hour for lunch (this may vary according to meeting room/reception cover requirements).  Salary is dependent on experience.
