DMH Stallard is pleased to announce details of its latest Employment Masterclass, a Mock Employment Tribunal.
The session will start with a presentation on handling grievances, disciplinary investigations and dismissals, and provide an overview of the Employment Tribunal process. We will then hold a Mock Tribunal, to allow delegates to experience, first hand, the entire Employment Tribunal process.
DMH Stallard's Employment Group is well known for its Tribunal claims work handling more than 150 claims for our clients every year. With Tribunal claims continuing to be on the increase, the session will be suitable for HR professionals and Directors or Managers who make decisions or undertake investigations. Our detailed understanding of the Tribunal process means that we will provide an invaluable insight into an often complicated and challenging environment.

Once you have made you booking, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your delegate registration and payment.
Because of the high demand for this Masterclass, we are unable to accept more than three delegates from any one organisation.
