Frank Jennings, Partner and Head of the Commercial Team at DMH Stallard, and Chair of the Code Governance Board of the Cloud Industry Forum, will try to demystify the Cloud and will explain how to avoid some of the pitfalls as well as sharing his insight into some of the latest thinking in this area including data security concerns and reliability issues.

Stephen Clow, Partner and Head of the London Corporate Team, will look at some of the most common pitfalls in contracts and how to avoid them.
