The Retail Team is able to handle large commercial property portfolios but also provide bespoke specialist advice of value to a broad spectrum of clients. Our dedicated team understands the needs of retailers and their operational goals to ensure that the advice is tailored accordingly. We focus on the acquisition and disposal of units and the management of them. We also provide advice in the following areas:
- Acquisition of new premises (including agreements for lease conditional upon planning or completion of works by either landlord or tenant)
