We have developed a niche practice in this area to complement the other work that we offer to our private clients, who include private individuals and their families, other professionals and company directors.

We understand that both individuals and commercial clients may have the need to seek advice on such matters from time to time and that they expect their case to be handled professionally and confidentially. This will often be a stressful time for clients and so we aim to offer a high level of individual service. This may include attendance at a police station, attending the scene of an accident, discussion of defence options, advice on the merits of a defence, court representation and an explanation of the procedures and possible sanctions involved.
