DMH Stallard Short-listed for Top Award

Top 100 law firm DMH Stallard has been nominated for another prestigious award, this time at the MPF European Practice Management Awards 2007 in the fiercely contested category of Best Managed Firm.

The shortlisting reflects how, at DMH Stallard, we take a different approach to other more traditional law firms and are extremely successful in doing so. The culture of open communication throughout the firm allows swift decision making, seamless delegation and supervision, and creates highly motivated teams.

Nurturing talent and developing motivation are also vital to the success of the firm. At DMH Stallard every member of staff has a Personal Development Plan (PDP) to help them fulfil their full potential. Our training includes building industry knowledge so that all our staff are well placed to provide excellent legal advice to our clients, which is both practical and commercial.

In addition, our innovative use of IT in a number of key practice areas allows clients to access real-time reporting and case tracking. This gives our clients complete transparency and the assurance that matters are being progressed in a proactive way.

A key criteria for the judging panel was growth strategies, which we were able to demonstrate through the doubling of our turnover in the last five years, and our plans to double it again in the next five years. Our strong, sustained plans for growth offer great benefits to our client base as we are constantly increasing the strength and depth of our core services.

The winner of the award will be announced at the London Marriot, Grosvenor Square on 10 October.
