DMH Stallard has advised Shore Capital and Corporate Limited (as Nominated Adviser) and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited (as Broker) in relation to the AIM listing of Inspired Energy plc (Inspired).
Inspired advises on and procures energy (gas and/or electricity) contracts for its customers with energy suppliers. Inspired’s key services include energy review and benchmarking, energy purchasing and bill validation. It currently manages and negotiates approximately 800 gas and electricity supply agreements on behalf of approximately 460 customers.
Inspired raised approximately £3.4 million through the placing of new shares at 3 pence per share, valuing Inspired at approximately £10.6 million on admission. Inspired was admitted to trading on AIM on 28 November 2011.
