DMH Stallard has been named Corporate Law Firm of the Year at last night’s Insider South East Dealmakers Awards 2012, one of the most prestigious awards on the professional services calendar.
The sought after accolade, whose nominees included Stevens & Bolton LLP and Thomas Eggar, was presented to DMH Stallard’s leading Corporate Team in recognition of their outstanding work with clients during 2011.
The Team’s pivotal role in one of the largest deals in the South, the sale of the entire share capital of Pyroban Group Limited to a US manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, was singled out for special praise.
