Havaianas has appointed DMH Stallard’s Intellectual Property team to assist in the strategic management and protection of the brand and its designs in the UK.
The legal team, led by Department Head Tim Ashdown, will be assisting Havaianas with claims and prosecutions against parties who have copied or unlawfully used the trade marks and designs. DMH Stallard is renowned for its ability to secure swift and cost-effective resolutions for its clients in this busy sector.
