DMH Stallard advised on the completion of one of the biggest deals in the South following the sale of the entire share capital of Pyroban Group Limited to a US manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
Pyroban Group Limited, a Shoreham based provider of hazardous area safety solutions to the oil and gas, industrial material handling, mining and marine markets. With offices in the UK, Europe, China and Singapore, Pyroban will now operate on an enhanced global platform offering its wide range of hazardous area safety products and services under its existing brands.
DMH Stallard's Deal Team, led by Jonathan Grant, included Laura Salt and Mandy Yin and was supported by DMH Stallard’s Banking, Commercial, Employment, Planning and Real Estate teams.
