The Banking and Finance Group at DMH Stallard is a multi-disciplinary team that works with national and international banks and businesses on a full range of banking and financial matters. Our clients include clearing and investment banks, quoted and private companies and multinational corporations.

When acting for banks and other lenders we are keenly aware that our lawyers are working daily with their customers. We understand how to manage the bank’s risk while retaining the goodwill of the customer relationship.

Our lawyers are members of trade associations, such as the Asset Based Finance Association, and sit on committees, such as the Banking Law Committee of the International Bar Association and the Committee on Banking Technique and Practice of the International Chamber of Commerce (UK).  This enables us to contribute to debates on issues relevant to our clients and ensures we are up to date with market developments.
