We have worked on numerous transactions including advising Premier Medical Group Limited, one of the largest Medico Legal reporting agencies in the UK. We advised on the acquisition of the E-Reporting Group, as a “pre pack” administration, adding significant turnover to the group. We continue to advise on a series of joint ventures and commercial contracts, to expand the business.

In 2011 we completed an in-depth thought leadership study into the deep concerns among GPs of the Government’s NHS reforms. Over 400 GPs took part and the results were widely acknowledged across the sector.
