- Advising a London Authority on and issued more than 50 contracts with values between £50,000 and £8 million
- Advising on a second multi-million pound disposal programme for the London Borough of Croydon. The programme includes allotment land, public open space land and education land
- Advising a London Authority on a high profile Judicial Review case involving financial assistance to be given to parents of disabled children. Case received national press coverage and client was successful in defeating the appeal to Court of Appeal
