Solutions have to be found quickly and openly and procedural fairness is increasingly critical - particularly in view of the impact of the Human Rights Act, the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act, amongst others.

Our specialist team understands that public and regulatory bodies can only act within their statutory powers and are subject to the overall requirements of fairness and reasonableness. We work with our public sector clients in the formulation, implementation and defence of their policies. We will then act in the vigorous defence of any decisions that they take.
