Creating and preserving value in technology companies before a trade sale or IPO - workshop programme announced

DMH Stallard’s technology group are hosting a series of breakfast workshop for decision makers at growing technology companies. 

The workshops, run in collaboration with BDO Stoy Hayward, have been designed to provide advice and guidance to company directors who are considering a strategic move, be that a trade sale or an IPO. Our speakers are experienced at providing strategic advice at an early stage and they will be able to provide insight into how you can start to create maximum value for your business. 

Workshop three - Preparing technology companies for trade sale or admission to public markets

The final workshop of the series will cover the key issues that you will need to tackle to maximise the value of your company. This will include:

- make the most appropriate next step, whether this be a sale or a float
- choosing the right market for your company
- gaining an understanding of your market and choosing the right time to transact
- understanding the processes of your next step in order to minimise surprises
- managing your time effectively and appointing the right internal team to support you
- finding the right advisers
- protecting shareholder interests
- preparation of key documentation
