- Acted for County Council as planning advisors on materials recovery facility by Viridor, sand and gravel extraction by Tarmac, household waste recycling sites and transfer stations, and extension to existing landfill
- Advised Reprotech (Pebsham) Limited extensively in relation to the operations on their site at Pebsham, St Leonards on Sea. This included a certificate of lawful use application to seek to establish the lawfulness of the use of the site for gasification/ACT processes, advising on waste management licensing issues and a legal challenge to the decisions of ESCC in relation to the site
- Obtained planning permission for significant extensions to the permitted area of use by P J Mini Skips at their site in Hailsham
