Our Commercial team includes Public Procurement specialists who advise clients on the implications of the EU and UK Public Procurement Regimes in relation to public contracts for works, goods and services. We advise both buyers and sellers in relation to the various procurement procedures, including the competitive dialogue procedure.
The Team is currently acting for a number of local authorities, housing associations and other public and commercial bodies in connection with large procurement contracts.
