The Corporate team represents both investors and investees in connection with the making of equity investments in start-up and development capital situations. We are members of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association.

The team advise companies and institutions on matters ranging from the sale and acquisition of owner managed businesses, through mergers and demergers, to complex international securities transactions.
