We have a lot of experience in this area in acting for landlords and have a team within the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Group in the firm that deals solely with such matters for a range of private and corporate portfolio landlord clients. Our approach is always to offer practical and commercially viable advice with the emphasis on providing a cost effective, efficient service and to resolve problems quickly. Cost recovery is very important for our clients and we have an excellent reputation for achieving results within a short time table, and recovery of full costs in approximately 97% of cases.

In order to enable the Team to work to such a high standard, both technically and in terms of service delivery, we manage all cases through our sophisticated IT case manager system. This is a date driven system and ensures that all work is processed promptly and accurately.
