As well as being excellent civil and criminal litigators, with significant experience in all forms of court related work, we also have a wealth of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), in its many guises. We recognise that litigation is just one of a host of ways available to resolve disputes and we believe we are ahead of our competitors in recognising the need to adapt to this changing landscape.
We boast three dispute resolution Partners who are accredited mediators with the Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and we regularly undertake other ADR work, including arbitrations and expert determinations. We have also undertaken International Chamber of Commerce Arbitrations, including one in New York, conducted under New York Law.
