DMH Direct gives clients access to a secure, client-friendly window which links to the firm's case management system. Launched in early 2008, it gives clients the ability to:
- Track the progress of matters online
- Generate on-line management reports providing an overview of current transactions
- Manage throughput of transactions more effectively
- Store and retrieve documents electronically
- Submit new instructions online
Most of our key real estate clients use DMH Direct to manage their property portfolio more effectively. The system is also being used to manage debt and employment matters. Its success is based on simple use of technology, focus on process, speed of delivery and a desire to provide better value for money to clients.
The product has been awarded:
- The “Best Use of Technology” Award at the MPF European Practice Management Award in 2009 for the product. Past winners of the award include PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Linklaters, Lovells, Berwin Leighton Paisner and Eversheds.
- The "Greatest Business Impact" Award at the SORCE Conference in 2008 which highlights the importance of using Intranet and Extranet solutions to connect organisations, people and knowledge.
