Our approach is to focus from the outset on the specific needs of each client in order that we can work together with individuals to find the most appropriate way to resolve matters. We strive to resolve matters in a professional, compassionate and cost-effective manner recognising that in many cases clients have come to us to help them find a way through one of the most emotionally demanding periods of their lives. We promote alternative dispute resolution (through the collaborative process or mediation) and negotiation at all stages. If it proves necessary to take matters through the Court process then we have the necessary expertise and experience to deal with those procedures and to support our clients effectively through to the conclusion of the case.
