Planning and Listed Buildings

DMH Stallard have a team of in-house planners who provide planning advice related to privately owned property. We regularly assist in respect of the submission of planning applications and appeals relating to proposals for extensions to dwellings, new housing within existing gardens as well as enforcement issues. The team are especially skilled in advising in relation to Listed Buildings and are the recommended advisor of the Listed Property Owners Club.

The team are also the proud winners of The Legal Business Planning Team of the Year Award, awarded for the work they have undertaken with Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.
