Our highly skilled team specialise in all matters relating to volume leasehold recovery work and advise private and public portfolio landlord clients including the London Borough of Croydon and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea TMO, as well as Dorrington Limited and Illchester Estates. The Team also act for a large number of smaller portfolio landlords and individual RTM or leaseholder owned management companies.
Our process and team are all geared to delivering an efficient and cost effective service. In the vast majority of cases we are able to recover full costs and so the work is largely self-funding for our clients. Leasehold Enforcement is very heavily regulated, and if the right procedures are not followed then the debt will not be recoverable. We make it our business to ensure that this risk is managed and our client’s make maximum recovery in all cases.
