Our multi-disciplinary Development and Regeneration Team consists of Real Estate, Planning, Environmental, Construction and Corporate/Commercial lawyers and chartered town planners.

The Team specialises in development, regeneration and related property work for clients in the commercial and public sectors, including commercial investors and developers, regional development agencies, local authorities, housing associations and health authorities.

The Team is currently acting for clients on a number of major residential, commercial and mixed-use regeneration schemes and high profile and unique development projects in London, the South East of England and beyond.

Recent work examples include:

• Acting for a French local authority-led joint venture company in relation to the regeneration of a South Coast port as part of a £120 million mixed-residential, commercial and industrial scheme, including the development of a new passenger ferry terminal
   

• Acting for London Borough of Croydon in relation to the transfer and redevelopment of a number of properties valued at up to £10 million each for mixed-use regeneration schemes across the Borough

• Acting for South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) in relation to construction contracts in respect of infrastructure works required for the development of disused Ministry of Defence hangers
