We have expertise in the negotiation and granting of leases and agreements for lease, leasing arrangements and assignments. We deal with the leasing aspects of acquisitions and disposals. We advise on the mechanics of business lease renewal under the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act. In relation to the operation of leases we advise on break clauses, rent review, dilapidations and the validity and interpretation of covenants, together with the application of service charge provisions.
