Our specialist Retail Property Team provides commercial advice and support to our retail clients who range from national chains to regional operators.  With over 30 years experience in the sector we are skilled in working successfully with in-house property teams and surveyors to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently.  Our innovative use of IT and online reporting facility is particularly valuable in this area, as is our commercial approach.

The Retail Team is able to handle large commercial property portfolios but also provide bespoke specialist advice of value to a broad spectrum of clients.  Our dedicated team understands the needs of retailers and their operational goals to ensure that the advice is tailored accordingly.  We focus on the acquisition and disposal of units and the management of them.  We also provide advice in the following areas:

• Acquisition of new premises (including agreements for lease conditional upon planning or completion of works by either landlord or tenant)
• Ongoing management of property such as obtaining licenses for alterations, licenses to assign, changes of use or rental re-gearing
