The learning and development provision throughout the firm is regarded as first-rate and continues to be a key strength of the firm, the new people development structure is improving the alignment between learning and development (for all employees, not just the professionally qualified) and the business. In 2015 we launched a new review process called AROM (Annual Review of Objectives Meeting) which has been well received. This meeting encourages the review of performance, learning and development needs and career progression.
