On arrival at the firm you will attend a thorough induction which gives all new employees specific training on our IT systems and a clear understanding of the roles of the central support groups across the firm and related policies and procedures. Our induction practices are carefully planned and implemented, and are highly regarded and effective.
From induction onwards you will embark on a number of courses, workshops and seminars as part of our established in-house training programme. This training is delivered by a mixture of external and in-house experts, and includes workshops delivered by senior level partners who provide regular opportunities for learning and knowledge development. Our programme for high-level mentoring and coaching is widely acclaimed for its benefits and impact.
