£18,500 per annum

TEAM INFO

You will work in the Information Services & Client Compliance (ISCC) team alongside four other team members and report into the Information Services and Client Compliance Manager. DMH Stallard is a legal 100 firm with a headcount of 303, which provides integrated legal services from offices in London, Gatwick, Guildford, Horsham and Brighton. We were awarded Corporate Law Firm of the Year by South East Dealmakers in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2017.

 

We are looking for an Administration Assistant/Information Services & Client Compliance (ISCC) Officer to work as part of the team in our Gatwick office. You will report to the ISCC Manager.

 

The role will involve providing efficient and effective client due diligence, completing conflict checks, obtaining, checking and verifying client ID documents and opening files on the firm’s case management system.

The key criteria for the ideal candidate will include: 

 

  • Effective administration skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to manage concurrent demands and deadlines
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Strong IT skills (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • A good understanding of the CDD process is desirable but training will be given
  • Flexible in approach to work, location and hours worked if required
