9.15am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday


Circa £26,000 - £28,000 p/a, dependent on experience

You will work alongside the Human Resources team consisting of 10 staff.

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an HR Advisor to join the HR team for a 12 month fixed term contract, with a possibility of becoming permanent (dependent on business needs). You will work closely with the entire HR team, providing support to the Senior HR Advisors to ensure a high quality HR service is delivered to the business.  Recruitment will be the main responsibility and focus, along with offering support and advice, under the guidance of senior members of the team, to Managers across the firm. This varied role provides an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated team player.



The key criteria for the ideal candidate will include: 

  • CIPD qualified (or part qualified) and previous HR experience, preferably in a professional service or legal environment.
  • Experience of the recruitment process, including interviewing.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and discrete attitude when dealing with issues of a sensitive and strictly confidential nature.
  • A commitment to high levels of service and team working.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Experience of an HR system and preferably an ATS or candidate management system.
  • You will be enthusiastic, committed and have a positive outlook.
  • You will have an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will be a quick learner, with the ability to absorb and retain new information.
