9.15am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday


Circa £18,000 - £20,000 p/a, dependent on experience


  • 21.5 days holiday p/a plus 3.5 over the Christmas period

You will work alongside the Human Resources & Learning & Development team consisting of 8 staff.

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a HR and L&D Administrator to provide comprehensive administration and support to the HR and L&D team. You will work closely with the HR and L&D team to ensure a high quality service is delivered to the business. This varied role provides an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated team player.



The key criteria for the ideal candidate will include:  

  • You will have experience of working in an administration role, ideally in a professional services/corporate environment.
  • You will ideally have experience of working in a HR or L&D environment or have a HR/L&D qualification.
  • You will ideally have previous experience of a HR, L&D and/or a Learning Management System.
  • You will have strong IT skills, in particular MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • You will have strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise your work and manage your time effectively.
  • You are motivated to work in an administration role and maintain HR and L&D best practice at all times.
  • You will be enthusiastic, committed and have a positive outlook.
  • You will understand the importance of confidentiality in this role, and will ensure information is kept confidential within the HR and L&D Group.
  • You will have a commitment to high levels of service delivery and team working.
  • You will have an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels in person and in writing.
  • You will be a quick learner, with the ability to absorb and retain new information.
  • You will have strong and accurate numeracy and literacy skills.
  • You will have a flexible approach and be able to work additional hours during busy periods where required.
