Circa £22,000 - £24,000 p/a, dependent on experience

You will work alongside the Human Resources team consisting of 10 staff.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Assistant to join the HR team for a 12 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent (dependent on business needs). You will provide an effective Human Resources service to the firm, across all aspects of HR. You will provide support to senior members of the team, to ensure a high quality HR service is delivered to the business.

 

WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The key criteria for the ideal candidate will include: 

  • Previous HR experience, preferably in a professional service or legal environment or an HR qualification and the desire to pursue a career in HR.
  • Ideally experience of an HR system and an ATS or candidate management system.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and discrete attitude when dealing with issues of a sensitive and strictly confidential nature.
  • A commitment to high levels of service and team working.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • You will have an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will be enthusiastic, committed and have a positive outlook.
  • You will be a quick learner, with the ability to absorb and retain new information.
