Gatwick (with visits to other offices as required)


8.45am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)


Dependent on experience

You will work alongside an IT Support Administrator and report to the IT Service Supervisor. The other 6 members of the IT team are also based in this office.

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Administrator to work as part of the IT team at our Gatwick office (based on Crawley High Street). You will report into the IT Service Supervisor.


Our server infrastructure and IT support is outsourced to a third party IT provider who remotely support most of our software and servers. This largely desk based role is primarily focused around monitoring calls that users have logged with the provider ensuring they are properly prioritised and handled effectively, sometimes liaising with the IT provider on behalf of the user, liaising with other third party support vendors, fixing support issues where required, and assign calls that are not the responsibility of the IT provider to other members of the IT team.  You will also carry out IT administrative tasks and provide administrative and logistical support for IT operations and projects.



The key criteria for the ideal candidate will include: 

  • Previous experience supporting Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, and networks
  • Desktop and laptop imaging
  • Experience and technical knowledge of the following is desirable:
  • Citrix
  • Skills in Word styles, macros and templates
  • Smartphones
  • Legal software such as Axxia, but any legal IT experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • An organised and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Awareness of the importance of adherence to IT and information security policies, procedures and best practice
