DMH Stallard is an award winning and expanding legal 100 firm with a headcount of 308, which provides integrated legal services from our offices in London, Gatwick, Guildford, Horsham and Brighton.

Our server infrastructure and IT support is outsourced to a third party IT provider who remotely support most of our software and servers.  We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our IT team and primarily focus on monitoring calls that users have logged, ensuring they are properly prioritised and handled effectively, occasionally liaising with our IT provider on behalf of the user, liaising with other third party support vendors, fixing support issues where required, and assigning calls that are not the responsibility of the IT provider to other members of the IT team.  Although largely desk based you will also be required to carry out other IT administrative tasks, provide support for IT operations and projects, and be required to travel to our other offices when required.

This is a great opportunity to work within a forward thinking, award winning law firm.  If you have previous experience supporting Windows 7, Microsoft 2010 and networks, enjoy working as part of a team and have the following, this could be the role for you!

  • Desirable experience and technical knowledge of Citrix, skills in Word styles, macros and templates, Smartphones and legal software such as Axxia, but any legal IT experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

  • An organised and methodical approach to problem solving

  • Awareness of the importance of adherence to IT and information security policies, procedures and best practice
