You will work alongside the IT Helpdesk Administrator and report to the IT Service Supervisor. The other 6 members of the IT team are also based in this office.

We are seeking an IT Support Administrator to work as part of the IT team at our Gatwick office (based on Crawley High Street). You will report into the IT Service Supervisor. This role is primarily focused on on-site support around hardware including computer terminals, laptops and networking equipment. Providing a general support resource to the IT team will also represent a large aspect of the role. You will also carry out IT administrative tasks and provide administrative and logistical support for IT operations and projects.

 

WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The key criteria for the ideal candidate will include: 

 

  • Two years experience supporting Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, and networks
  • Desktop and laptop imaging
  • Experience and technical knowledge of the following is desirable:
  • Citrix
  • Skills in Word styles, macros and templates
  • Smartphones
  • Legal software such as Axxia, but any legal IT experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent  written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • An organised and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Awareness of the importance of adherence to IT and information security policies, procedures and best practice.
