DMH Stallard is a large SE regional law firm with offices in Crawley, Brighton, Guildford, Horsham and London.

 

We have an opportunity in our Gatwick office (based on Crawley High Street) within our Corporate group for a Commercial Solicitor to join our team specialising in non-contentious commercial work including commercial contracts, technology/IP, procurement, information law and corporate support.

 

You should have excellent knowledge of relevant commercial law and typical agreements including those relating to: terms of sale; terms for the supply of services;  consultancy agreements; distribution and agency agreements, NDAs, and Heads of Terms.

 

You should have a pragmatic approach to advice and negotiations and also have some knowledge or experience of some of the following:

 

  • IT and intellectual property issues;
  • data protection and freedom of information issues;
  • public sector procurement regulations;
  • corporate support / due diligence;
  • asset and share purchase agreements;
  • shareholder, investments, joint venture agreements, partnership issues and company formations.
