Circa £18,000, dependent on experience

You will work alongside the14 Partners and Staff in the Dispute Resolution Gatwick team, with the wider Dispute Resolution department consisting of over 38 staff and Partners being based in our other offices.

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Dispute Resolution group in our Gatwick office.   The role will involve a variety of duties to include general administrative tasks and support, answering the telephone, filing, printing, scanning and binding, photocopying, closing files and diary management for the group.

  • Effective administrative and organisational skills, including maintaining a database and filing system
  • Effective communication and team working skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills (including Word)
  • Good attention to detail and able to produce accurate work of a consistently high standard
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client care
