DMH Stallard LLP is delighted to announce that Tony Hyams-Parish, a partner in the firm’s leading employment team, has been appointed a Judge in the Employment Tribunal.
Tony will leave at the end of June after 17 years, first with Rawlison Butler LLP where he led the employment team, and then latterly with DMH Stallard LLP following merger in September 2017. He will take up his appointment on 8 July and will sit at London South Employment Tribunal.
Commenting on the appointment, Chairman and the firm’s Head of Employment, Rustom Tata, said:
“I was delighted to hear that Tony has been appointment as an Employment Judge. While I am sorry to lose Tony as a partner from the DMH Stallard Employment Group, I know that he is looking forward to the next stage of his career. I am sure that his intellectual rigour, calm approach and empathy will all be very useful in his new role.”
Managing Partner, Richard Pollins, added:
“The success of our merger with Rawlison Butler was in no small part thanks to the invaluable part Tony played in our discussions throughout the process. Tony possesses a great breadth of knowledge and expertise that will no doubt demonstrate itself in his capacity as a Judge in the Employment Tribunal.”
