AREAS COVERED

In the final part of our mini-series, we focus on further ways of avoiding the risk of losing at an ET, including how best to prepare in light of the myriad of changes to the ET process which have arisen as a result of Covid and lockdowns.

We also look at whether and how an employer might avoid a formal hearing altogether through the use of Judicial Mediation and/or Assessment.

Our speakers provide a combination of real life examples and practical tips based on our experience over the last nine months.
