Planning and Environment partner Chloe Karamian will look at the plethora of changes in use classes and in PDRs that were visited upon the industry last year.

Jonathan Crook will consider some of the key concerns for landlords and tenants including the latest on rent suspension clauses and the future consultation on MEES.

Cheraine Williams will be looking at property and insolvency, and Lawrence Morley will focus on a landlord’s rights to possession of commercial and residential property for arrears.
