The new working world: part two

Event date: 20 May 2021

Most businesses are now turning their attention to what their working environment will look like going forward, and how they might use the lessons of the last year to re-shape their working models, to ensure they have a high performance culture and are an employer of choice.

Session 2: In the second session we look in greater detail at the different flexible working models that companies are considering. We explore what the legal and practical consequences are of different models and how to deal with formal and informal flexible working requests. We go on to look at what the new working models may mean for culture, engagement, productivity and performance management.
