The new working world: part two

Our next employment webinar will be the second of a two-part series looking at the 'New Working World'.

Most businesses are now turning their attention to what their working environment will look like going forward, and how they might use the lessons of the last year to re-shape their working models, to ensure they have a high performance culture and are an employer of choice.

Thursday 20 May

Greg Burgess
Partner, Employment

Simon Bellm
Partner, Employment

Session one: In the second session we will look in greater detail at the different flexible working models that companies are considering. We will explore what the legal and practical consequences are of different models and how to deal with formal and informal flexible working requests. We will go on to look at what the new working models may mean for culture, engagement, productivity and performance management.

If you missed session one, you can watch it here.
