The rights of trade union members and issues for employers facing industrial action

Event date: 22 Sep 2022

With the energy price rises and looming economic uncertainty, there are also signs of greater activity amongst trade unions pressing for inflation busting pay rises.  In the public sector at least, industrial action has already been taking place.

Employers in the private sector will not be immune from this, even if they do not formally recognise a trade union.

In this webinar, we look at:

Employers and trade unions
  • Rights of trade union members
  • Types of recognition agreement
  • What to do if you receive a request for recognition
