We look forward to welcoming you back to our Guildford office for our Working World Forum to share ideas and discuss experiences of mental health support in the workplace, and what the future holds.

We are delighted to be joined by Steve Beards from Occupational Health 1st who will share his thoughts on how to maximise the value from occupational health referrals.

With mental ill-health becoming more prevalent in the workplace, but often difficult to identify and support, we will discuss matters such as:
  • the impact new working practices has had on mental health
  • the potential implications for employers of the Government’s recent discussion paper and call for evidence on improving mental health and wellbeing
  • legal and practical implications of supporting staff in the workplace
  • obtaining and implementing effective occupational health advice
