Information about us

www.dmhstallard.com is a site operated by DMH Stallard LLP, which is registered in England and Wales under company number OC338287 and has its registered office at Griffin House, 135 High Street, Crawley, RH10 1DQ. We have offices in London, Gatwick, Guildford, Horsham and Brighton.

References to "DMH Stallard" are to DMH Stallard LLP which is a law firm practising English law and we are regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (“SRA”). We belong to the affiliate network Law Europe International.

Before 1st November 2008, the law firm “DMH Stallard” was a general partnership constituted under the laws of England and Wales. Some documents available through this website were produced before 1st November 2008. Nothing in those documents is to be taken to indicate that we are an unlimited liability undertaking or general partnership.

The term “partner” is used to refer to a member of DMH Stallard LLP or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. A list of our members of and of the non-members who are designated as partners is open to inspection at our Gatwick office.

We are not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are regulated by the SRA. We are also included on the register maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity. The register can be accessed via the Financial Conduct Authority website at https://register.fca.org.uk/. Our VAT number is GB 187 5795 40.
